1. Program Overview
The Airbnb Partnership Program (“Program”) provides education, training, mentorship, and optional partnership opportunities to individuals looking to build income through Airbnb property management and co-hosting. By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. The Program is available to individuals worldwide, subject to applicable laws and regulations in your location.
3. Program Components
Depending on the package you select, the Program may include:
- Access to course material
- Live coaching calls
- Scripts, tools, and templates
- Private community access
- Optional partnership or deal matching opportunities
15171563 Canada Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any aspect of the Program offerings at its sole discretion.
4. Partnership Opportunities
If you are invited to participate in a co-hosting or property management partnership through the Program:
- A separate agreement will be signed for revenue-sharing terms.
- All deals are subject to approval by 15171563 Canada Inc. based on property fit, location, and your performance.
- The company does not guarantee partnerships or property assignments.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Program, you may request a refund within this period by contacting us at support@bnbing.org. Refunds will not be granted after 14 days under any circumstances.
6. Client Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Follow the training and guidelines provided
- Maintain honesty and integrity when working with property owners
- Abide by all local laws and Airbnb’s community standards
- Not misrepresent BNBing or 15171563 Canada Inc.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, templates, and strategies provided are the sole intellectual property of 15171563 Canada Inc. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. No Earnings Guarantee
While many students experience positive results, 15171563 Canada Inc. does not guarantee specific income, results, or business success. Your outcomes are based on your own efforts, work ethic, and ability to execute.
9. Limitation of Liability
15171563 Canada Inc. is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from actions taken based on the Program. You agree to hold the company harmless from any and all claims related to your participation.
10. Termination & Account Access
15171563 Canada Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program or partnerships without refund if you violate these terms, engage in unethical behavior, or misuse the Program in any way.
